They did it

They rammed it through tonight.
Now my stomach hurts. I am in utter turmoil. I am angry, I am confused, I am distraught.
It is my understanding that once signed into law it cannot be repealed.
There was even one Rhino Republican who voted for it. I did not catch his/her name, but when election time comes, I pray this person is also handed walking papers.
My mind is running in so many circles, I cannot even put coherent thought to this blog.
I truly pray, God have Mercy.
I know if I have to look at her smirking face again, I will literally puke!~!
Her being N. Pelosi. Someone said this week that she is not in the least bit worried about loosing her job. Is she really in that tight that her constituency cannot see what she has done to us?

  1. His name is Joseph Cao, Rep. from Louisiana.

And it's ok... minor setback... it still needs to go through the Senate. There's a Washington correspondant on the radio here in Atl who thinks it will die in the Senate and he's usually spot-on about these sort of things.

  2. I ALMOST VOMITED WHEN I TURNED ON THE TELLY AND WATCHED THE VOTE LAST NITE...I FEAR FOR YOUR BEAUTIFUL COUNTRY.

    AND SMIRKY...UGH

I WATCHED JOSEPH CAO ON CNN THIS AM...APPARENTLY HE REPRESENTS A HIGHLY DEMOCRATIC REGION.

HOPEFULLY THE BILL DIES IN THE SENATE.

  3. When Daddy can no longer be a Chiropractor, His heart may just turn to Africa. Looks like Gramma may be going sooner than she thought? I am afraid. I know we are not to be afraid, but now what do I do? I was going back to school in the next couple of years to be a Chiropractor. After all, Daddy said,
"The first one to graduate Chiropractic school gets this office" I was working out the plan!
Massage therapy and Chiropractic are considered "alternative" medicine. NOW WHAT?

    Now What?

  6. I would like to be really rude & vulgar Evy-but my Mum & all our female relies were ladies & my Dad is a gentleman-so I was raised to be polite!
Our youngest DS is in med school, wonder what his life as a doc will be like? Like you I am furiously angry, my rep in CO. voted aye & I plan to write him-again-this time telling him I will be actively campaigning against him next election.
Keep after the senators, & the Blue Dog dems & harrass them constantly, email, snail mail, fax & phone your displeasure. And PRAY!

  7. God Bless Ronald Reagan. No doubt, the greatest President I will see in my lifetime. Today is one of those days when I remember what it is to be an American and the awesome responsibility we have as being freedom’s last beacon of hope.
