This just sickens me. This cash for clunkers makes me mad enough as it is: the only folks who can afford to trade in and buy a new one are those who can do it w/out my dime (through taxes) anyway. I drive down the street and look at new car tags and wonder if I'm part owner or not . . . it makes me want to wretch.
